Inspiration

We were inspired by our New York roots, and one of our favorite Brooklyn bars, Clover Club, named after the classic cocktail. We decided to play with a riff on this, replacing the Raspberry with Cherry Blossom, to bring out the beautiful floral notes of Roku.
